is pleased to announce the hiring of Andre Vygnanski as its new Chief Experience
Officer (CXO). This is a newly created position for the credit union, placing Vygnanski
in a critical role driving innovation and enhancing the overall member
experience. Vygnanski will work closely with frontline staff to ensure
operational excellence along the retail delivery channels of the credit union.

Vygnanski has
more than 20 years of financial services experience in the metro-Detroit area
and has lived and worked in the communities served by OUR Credit Union. He has
a significant amount of sales, service, and management experience at Chase Bank
and most recently 5+ years of experience as President/CEO of Ukrainian Selfreliance
Michigan FCU.
Vygnanski holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI, and is a certified Real Estate Sales Associate.
