Prevention Support Group. These are just some of the topics that we will discuss during this 4-week session:

Week 1:

Why Are You Here? Causes of relapse and acceptance

Week 2:

How Do You Change? Recognizing underlying issues that causes relapse, triggers and being honest with yourself

Week 3:

Reinforcing Your Changes Developing Coping Strategies, support network and things you can do on your own

Week 4:

Freeing Yourself from Your Guilt Forgiving Yourself, getting the courage to apologize and making plans for your future    

Group is Saturday’s from 12 pm to 1:00 pm, 4 Sessions including worksheets
