SVN | Cohn Commercial Properties is pleased to announce and welcome Ms. Michelle
Clark to our team. Michelle is a licensed real estate agent and will hold
the position of Director of Marketing, Growth, and Development.
Michelle is a Michigan native, growing up and raising
her own family in Frankenmuth, Michigan. She graduated with a Business Degree
in Marketing-Management in 2013.
Michelle Clark has been a licensed real estate agent in Michigan for the past
25 years. In addition to real estate, Michelle worked in the mortgage and
finance industry for GMAC Mortgage, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Flagstar Bank.
She also held a position with Suburban Automotive Group as Business Development
Director for their dealerships in Troy, Michigan.
Over the past 20 years, Michelle has been very active in several nonprofits
throughout southeast Michigan. Some of them include Birmingham Bloomfield
Chamber of Commerce, Troy Chamber of Commerce, Automation Alley, Rotary Club of
Troy, The Women’s Council of Realtors, Detroit Regional Chamber, Habitat for
Humanity, Girls Scouts of the USA, Boy Scouts of America, just to name a few. Michelle
is also an active member in her church, Kirk in the Hills, Bloomfield Hills.
Michelle’s motto is, “People are
My Business” and she has built her career by putting her client’s needs as a
“top priority”. She looks forward to continuing her career in the commercial
real estate industry, leading by example, and growing and developing the SVN
Cohn Commercial Properties team.
