Our providers listen to your concerns, teach you about your health and help you come up with a plan.  One of the most important aspects of family medicine is the long-term caring relationships our providers build with their patients and their families.  Our providers are equipped to handle medical needs for patients in every stage of life, including but not limited to internal medicine, geriatrics, women’s health, LGBTQ+, weight management medications and pediatrics (6+). We hope our professional and courteous service makes you feel right at home.

We offer a patient portal, digital and online patient check-in, an on-call after-hours service, and daily available appointments to meet sick/urgent care needs. The practice is conveniently located on the northeast corner of John R. and Square Lake rd.  in the AIP building.
