TROY, Mich., Oct. 16,
2023 — Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) announced today that Christina
Calderwood has joined the company as a project manager and instructional
designer.
“Christina has extensive experience developing and
managing large corporate training initiatives,” says CEO Lisa Toenniges. “Her ability
to execute training and performance support solutions in a variety of delivery
methods and her experience working with both internal and external clients
makes her a great addition to our team.”
Calderwood brings to ILG nearly 30 years of experience in
training and performance improvement working from both the vendor and client
side. Prior to joining ILG, she was an instructional design specialist at
United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac. She also held a variety of training and
instructional design roles, including curriculum lead at Raytheon and GP
Strategies Corp., both located in Troy. Calderwood has applied her skills and
knowledge across a variety of industries, including finance, insurance, retail,
defense, and manufacturing.
Calderwood has a master’s degree in education, majoring in
instructional technology, from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree
in education from Central Michigan University.
