June 27, 2023 — The National Association for Business Resources is proud to announce the newest 2023 Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® winning companies. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative business acumen and wellbeing practices can be bestowed this honor. (See following list for winners.). Considering the ten to one ratio of this program, these winning companies are truly innovative in their employer wellness programming and execution. The next round of winning organizations will be announced and added to the list in August.
The winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by a leading wellness research firm. Each entry was examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture, and environment.
Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® winning companies will have an opportunity to collaborate with other winning companies from across the county during the National Best and Brightest Summit September 27 and September 28, 2023, at the Detroit Athletic Club. On September 27th there will be networking and social activities. On September 28th are the educational activities, discussion roundtables, interactive networking, and special awards.
