Not long after the grand opening of their second location, in Rochester, Thrive Realty Co. is hosting the grand opening of their new Troy headquarters location on Tuesday, December 6th.
Thrive Realty Co. has operated as a premier real estate brokerage in southeast Michigan since 2020. This is a historic moment for founders Jessica and Justin Woodbeck, who have grown from a small team at a big box brokerage to over a 100 million dollar boutique brokerage in just a few short years.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will bring together members of the Troy community as well as the Chamber of Commerce and many local businesses who will sponsor the event including Total House Inspections, Devised by Dena, Robert from Copper Property Inspections, and more to be announced!
“The vision I’ve had for our headquarter space was to create an environment that catapulted people out of surviving and into thriving,” commented co-founder and CEO, Jessica Woodbeck. “Money is rarely the answer to our problems, it’s our health, mental and physical that need attention, so our solution is to have a 24hr gym that’s free to our members with a full calendar of practitioners for guidance. It’s our choice management around time and how to support ourselves achieving in a manner that creates space for good choices. Our solution is full service to our people, operations team to agents and clients alike through leverage, teamwork and a child care option with the overall theme of our space being ‘community.'”
With the new location comes new opportunities for Thrive Realty Co. as they will be better able to serve the surrounding communities and deliver the same level of exceptional service and client satisfaction through a community driven, modern space.
“We made the decision to move our headquarters to a new location in Troy because it was time to bring to life a vision that Jessica and I have had for years,” co-founder and broker, Justin Woodbeck stated. “We wanted to build a space that serves agents on a whole new level not found anywhere else.
