Crain’s Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan honors the top companies in the region, recognizing those that excel in creating exceptional workplaces. The 2024 winners were announced during a luncheon at The Roostertail in Detroit on Aug. 22. The event featured a keynote address and a panel discussion on what makes a company a great place to work.
The selection process, conducted by Crain’s in partnership with Workforce Research Group, involved a detailed evaluation of each participating company’s workplace policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. This assessment accounted for approximately 20% of the overall evaluation. The remaining 80% was based on employee feedback, with thousands of employees surveyed on their experiences, working conditions, and corporate culture.
