NBS is proud to announce their recent certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) awarded by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and validated by the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council. Today, they are 95% Women Owned.
The WBENC is the nation’s leading third-party organization that certifies women-owned businesses. The certification process involves an in-depth evaluation of a company’s business, financials, and management, including a site inspection. It validates that a business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women, and that strategic business planning and implementation are in place. As a WBENC-Certified WBE, NBS now joins an exclusive network of women-owned businesses.
