Service above self and and the passion to make our communities even better are the common motives for Rotarians. City Councilman Hirak Chanda has now joined the 1.4 million Rotarians across the world igniting further his passion to serve and help others.

Chanda was inducted into Troy Rotary by President Roma Murthy on April 24th 

Chanda indicated that Education, clean water and economic  development are a few of the areas of Rotary which he is interested.
