TROY, Mich., Nov.13,
2023 — Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) announced today that Rose Benedicks has joined the company as a project manager and performance consultant.
“Rose is a great addition to ILG’s project management team,” says CEO Lisa Toenniges. “Rose’s ability to build lasting client relationships paired with her performance consulting experience will enable us to continue to increase ILG’s footprint within our industry.”
Benedicks has more than 20 years of experience in the
learning and performance support industry. Prior to joining ILG, she was part
of the leadership team at Dashe & Thomson, located in Eagan, Minn. Benedicks
has been a senior learning experience designer and instructional designer at a
variety of companies and served as director, instructional systems design, at
GP Strategies Corp., located in Bloomington, Ind.
Additionally, her experience in creating training and
performance improvement materials has made her a frequent speaker at industry
conferences, including the ATD International Conference, THE ISPI Performance
Improvement Conference, and DevLearn.
Benedicks has a master’s degree in instructional systems technology from Indiana University Bloomington and a bachelor’s degree in technical writing from the University of Central Florida.
Benedicks lives in Carmel, Ind., and will work remotely.
