Andrea Bonds JOINS SVN | Cohn Commercial Properties as Commercial Real Estate Advisor
SVN | Cohn Commercial Properties is pleased to announce and welcome Ms. Andrea
Bonda to our team. Andrea is a licensed real estate agent and will hold the
position of Commercial Real Estate Advisor.
Andrea Bonds graduated from Cornell University's esteemed Hotel School where she studied hospitality with a focus on design and real estate.
Before entering the real estate
industry, Andrea was an operations and architect consultant for commercial
kitchens spanning from local restaurants to large hotel chains. Her journey led
her to obtain her real estate license where she began to build investment portfolios
in single-family and multifamily markets.
Andrea is also a member of The
Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce and Troy Chamber of Commerce.
Beyond her professional
pursuits, Andrea has a passion for camping, scuba diving, training mixed
martial arts, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and playing flute. Born
and raised in Trenton MI, she cherishes her connections with the community and
thrives on building strong relationships with business owners throughout her
career.
